Lockeplumbing.com Return Policy and Request For RGA
Return/Exchange Policy There is a 15% re-stocking fee on merchandise returned for any reason other than a product defect or damage or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for shipping damages. You must notify us within three (3) days of receipt of any shipping damages. We cannot take responsibility for shipping damages beyond this point. You must fill out and submit the form below agreeing to the return policy to receive a Return of Goods Authorization number (RGA#). Please make sure you write this number on the outside of the box you send back to us. Returns without an RGA number will be refused. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted after 30 days from when you receive your shipment. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AS SHIPPED BY LOCKEPLUMBING.COM. ANY ITEMS RETURNED IN PACKAGING OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WILL BE REFUSED. We can not accept returns for items damaged in transit where that damage is not reported to us within 3 days of a customer accepting that shipment. Damages must be reported immediately. Do not ship products back to lockeplumbing.com without a return goods authorization (RGA) and instructions on the outside of the box. Or they will be refused. Please note: All discontinued items and colors and special orders are non-refundable or returnable.
ALL RETURNS MUST:
1. Arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories
and in resalable condition. Item MUST be double boxed. DO NOT write
on or affix labels or postage to item box, only on
outer container. There will be an extra 10% re-stocking fee to
replace the un-useable item box.
2. Have return instructions inside with
receipt and an RGA number on the outside of the outer box.
3. Be paid
for back to the location specified in lockeplumbing.com's RGA (Return-Goods
Authorization) instructions.
4. Be made within 30 days of receiving your
product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be
made.
5. Any item returned without an RGA number on the outside of the box, that requires a signature, will be refused.
If any of these 4 conditions has not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM(S). To return an item, click on the return button below to receive your (RGA) number and shipping instructions.
